Job Description

Join our dynamic customer support team in Pretoria! The Customer Support Agent will engage with customers, resolve issues, and contribute to an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Work with management to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Train and mentor new team members as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements.
  • Contribute ideas for enhancing customer experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field
  • Bachelor's Degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
