We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial Engineer to join our agile team in Midrand. The ideal candidate has a strong background in process optimization and product improvement. You will be instrumental in developing systems that enhance efficiency and productivity, ensuring that manufacturing and production processes meet high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed reports on process efficiencies and recommend further improvements.
• Develop key performance indicators to measure productivity and quality.
• Implement innovative technologies to improve production capabilities.
• Coordinate with supply chain management to align production goals with material availability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Data Analysis
• Software Proficiency (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
