Electrical Engineer

Job Description

As an Electrical Engineer in our dynamic Cape Town office, you'll design, develop, and implement electrical systems for a variety of projects. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and creative problem-solving to drive efficiency and innovation in all engineering tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review technical specifications for electrical systems.
• Conduct electrical load analysis and system modeling.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues in the field.
• Ensure effective project documentation and reporting.
• Participate in project meetings and provide progress updates.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of practical experience

Technical Skills

• Electrical Design Software
• National Electrical Code (NEC)

Soft Skills

• Communication Skills
• Leadership

Certifications

• Registered Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
