We are looking for an Employment Appeals Examiner to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating appeals related to employment disputes. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and communication skills, along with a strong background in employment law.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate employment dispute appeal cases.
• Conduct detailed analysis of relevant employment laws.
• Develop comprehensive reports outlining findings and recommendations.
• Participate in mediation sessions as required.
• Liaise with clients to gather necessary documentation.
• Support the team in developing policies that enhance compliance.
• Investigate discrepancies in appeal cases thoroughly.
• Advise on best practices for handling employment disputes.
• Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and best practice.

• Multilingual Abilities: Ability to communicate in multiple languages, particularly Afrikaans and isiZulu.
