Job Description

Join our team as a Legal Counsel based in Johannesburg. You will handle a diverse range of legal issues, including regulatory compliance and contract negotiations. Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice on various corporate matters.
  • Draft, negotiate, and review contracts to protect the organization's interests.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
  • Conduct legal research to support decision-making processes.
  • Represent the company in negotiations and disputes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align legal strategies with business goals.

Requirements

Education
  • LLB degree from an accredited institution
  • Admission as an attorney in South Africa
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate law or related field
