The ideal candidate will have expertise in epidemiology, health promotion, and community outreach. You will lead programs aimed at improving health outcomes and promoting preventative health strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets and oversee allocation of resources.
• Coordinate training and workshops for community health workers.
• Identify barriers to healthcare access and develop solutions.
• Foster relationships with healthcare providers to coordinate services.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and best practices.
• Prepare grant proposals for funding public health initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of health programs on the community.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Public Health
• Relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in community health programs
