Your role will involve conducting research, developing new food formulations, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test new food products from concept to market.
• Analyze nutritional content and allergen information of products.
• Implement quality control procedures throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
• Conduct sensory evaluations to assess consumer acceptance.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
• Train and mentor junior staff and interns.
• Utilize data analytics to inform product development processes.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives and practices.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Nutritional Science
• PhD in Food Science is a plus

• 5+ years of experience in food technology and product innovation
