Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of general HR practices and a passion for supporting employee development.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to improve workplace culture.
  • Advise management on HR-related issues and policies.
  • Monitor and report on employee engagement levels.
  • Support the payroll process and ensure staff benefits are managed effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in diverse HR roles, with proven expertise as an HR Generalist
