Responsibilities
Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills.
Develop and implement HR strategies to improve workplace culture.
Advise management on HR-related issues and policies.
Monitor and report on employee engagement levels.
Support the payroll process and ensure staff benefits are managed effectively.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Experience
5+ years of experience in diverse HR roles, with proven expertise as an HR Generalist
