Job Description

We are on the hunt for a motivated Senior Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You will play a key role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and mentoring junior staff to achieve their targets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance by engaging with customers warmly and professionally.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Provide feedback for product development based on customer interactions.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies and improvements.
  • Support visual merchandising and ensure the store is well-presented.
  • Contribute to team goals and assist in creating a motivating environment.
  • Lead by example in achieving daily sales objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a technology or electronics environment
