Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our bustling Johannesburg location. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and improve service standards.
  • Set and maintain high standards of service and food safety.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items.
  • Implement marketing campaigns to boost revenue.
  • Regularly assess the performance of staff and provide feedback.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with local suppliers.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management with a focus on fine dining
