Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Cape Town. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of construction, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while leading a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and strategies to meet deadlines.
• Evaluate project performance and implement improvements.
• Maintain productive relationships with clients and vendors.
• Manage risk and ensure quality assurance throughout projects.
• Ensure all documentation is completed and up to date.
• Direct site safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Master's degree in relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of construction project management experience

Technical Skills

• Construction Scheduling
• Cost Estimation

• Negotiation
• Leadership

Certifications

• Lean Construction Certified

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in renovation projects: Background in managing renovation and refurbishment projects.
