We are seeking a committed Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Port Elizabeth. This role involves managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency. Responsibilities

• Establish production schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity.
• Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures.

• Engage with external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Report to senior management on operational results and improvement initiatives.
• Utilize data analysis tools to make informed operational decisions.
• Drive initiatives that advance the organization's sustainability goals.
• Represent the plant in organizational meetings and industry forums.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Certification in Project Management is beneficial

Experience

• 7+ years of experience managing manufacturing processes
