Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Veterinarian to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will focus on providing high-quality medical care to small animals and will work closely with pet owners to ensure the best treatment options.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions affecting pets.
  • Perform vaccinations, health checks, and routine procedures.
  • Provide compassionate care and client education on pet health.
  • Lead health and wellness programs within the clinic.
  • Participate in continuing education to stay current on veterinary practices.
  • Assist in mentoring junior staff and interns.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science or similar
  • Advanced qualification in veterinary science is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years in veterinary practice
