Job Description

As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our clients. You will work closely with product managers and developers to design, prototype, and iterate on user-centered designs.

Responsibilities

• Implement nursing interventions to achieve desired patient outcomes.
• Maintain a sterile environment during procedures and treatments.
• Coordinate with pharmacy for medication management.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Support discharge planning and follow-up care requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department.

Advantageous

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification: Qualified to provide life support in pediatric emergencies.
• Experience in mental health nursing: Experience working in a mental health care setting is advantageous.
