Job Description

Join our team as a Bookkeeper, responsible for maintaining the financial records of our clients. You will handle accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and prepare financial reports to assist management in decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits of financial transactions for accuracy.
  • Assist with financial planning and control measures.
  • Prepare financial reports and help identify areas for cost reduction.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
  • Manage electronic and physical filing of financial documents.
  • Provide training and support to junior accounting staff.
  • Keep up-to-date with financial regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • National Diploma in Financial Accounting
  • BCom Accounting or Finance is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
