Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Financial Analyst to join our Johannesburg team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and implement best practices.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage financial reports for management review.
• Analyze cash flow statements and project future financial positions.
• Collaborate with operational teams to drive financial improvements.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Economics or Business Administration
• Relevant certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel
• Statistical Analysis

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Collaboration

Certifications

• CMA preferred
• CFA Level 1 or similar

Languages

• English: Fluent
