Job Description

As a Retail Manager in Bloemfontein, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing daily operations. You will lead a team, ensure high standards of customer service, and develop effective marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Drive sales performance through effective team leadership and motivation.
• Implement promotional activities to attract customers and increase sales.
• Conduct regular audits of stock levels and manage inventory effectively.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure standards are met.
• Provide training and support to new employees to ensure successful onboarding.
• Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Additional management certification is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a retail management position
