Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Customer Experience Manager who is passionate about creating exceptional customer journeys. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and driving the team to enhance client interactions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in customer service and experience management.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement action plans to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to assess customer behavior and preferences.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure a unified customer experience vision.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights from customers.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute customer experience initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor service offerings to identify best practices.
  • Plan and execute customer feedback surveys and focus groups.
  • Enhance team performance through coaching and accountability for service excellence.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Master's degree in Business Management is an asset
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service or experience management roles
