Job Description

Join our Johannesburg office as an Investment Banking Analyst where you'll be involved in exciting projects and support the team in executing deals. You will need to analyze market trends, create financial models, and contribute to strategic financial advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial due diligence processes for potential acquisitions.
• Prepare conflict checks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Contribute to strategy discussions and project planning processes.
• Analyze historical financial performance and forecast future revenues.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Accounting or a related field
• Master's in Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in financial analysis or investment operations

Technical Skills

• Excel Modelling
• Bloomberg Terminal

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Teamwork

Certifications

• CFA Level 2 preferred
• Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
