Warehouse Manager

Job Description

We are in search of an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our Cape Town facility. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of inventory management, logistics, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of warehouse operations, optimizing workflow and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all warehouse activities.
• Oversee inventory management and reduce stock discrepancies.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to operational policies.
• Assist in the development of budget and operational goals for the warehouse.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics
