Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Human Resources Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to fostering talent and driving employee engagement. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of HR initiatives, including recruitment, performance management, and training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage the hiring process and develop talent pipelines.
  • Create and implement HR initiatives that support company objectives.
  • Oversee compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and uphold workplace standards.
  • Design and administer employee development programs.
  • Coordinate with management on performance evaluations and feedback.
  • Evaluate employee satisfaction and cultivate a supportive work culture.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience in a managerial role
