We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Durban. This role involves managing daily HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and facilitating a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Administer recruitment and selection programs for new hires.
Evaluate existing employee training programs and make recommendations.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
Ensure compliance with relevant HR legislation and standards.
Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.
Conduct analyses on HR data to identify trends.
Liaise with external vendors for training and development services.
Support the development and execution of HR strategies.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
Experience
3-5 years of comprehensive HR experience, with exposure to multiple HR functions
