Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Durban. This role involves managing daily HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and facilitating a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Administer recruitment and selection programs for new hires.
  • Evaluate existing employee training programs and make recommendations.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant HR legislation and standards.
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.
  • Conduct analyses on HR data to identify trends.
  • Liaise with external vendors for training and development services.
  • Support the development and execution of HR strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of comprehensive HR experience, with exposure to multiple HR functions
