Responsibilities

• Generate innovative engineering solutions through comprehensive planning and execution.
• Evaluate project specifications and recommend practical engineering adaptations.
• Work collaboratively with architects and construction teams to align project goals.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for engineering solutions post-implementation.
• Lead project initiatives ensuring all technical standards are met and exceeded.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• additional certifications would be beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering

Technical Skills

• Engineering Design Software proficiency
• Data Analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python)

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Organization

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Engineering Technician (CET)

Languages

• Afrikaans: Intermediate
• English: Fluent
