Responsibilities

• Develop and improve engineering designs based on technical requirements and feedback.
• Engage in research and stay updated on industry developments and technologies.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and discuss project objectives.
• Analyze project challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Manage project timelines and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• additional certifications would be beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering

Technical Skills

• Engineering Design Software proficiency
• Data Analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python)

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Organization

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Engineering Technician (CET)

Languages

• Afrikaans: Intermediate
• English: Fluent
