Responsibilities

• Design and develop engineering solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Conduct analyses and assessments to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to define, propose, and implement innovative designs.
• Oversee the testing and adjustment of engineering solutions to achieve optimal performance.
• Document processes and findings to maintain accurate project records.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical insights to team members.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns to advance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols across all engineering activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• additional certifications would be beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering

Technical Skills

• Engineering Design Software proficiency
• Data Analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python)

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Organization

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Engineering Technician (CET)

Languages

• Afrikaans: Intermediate
• English: Fluent
