Job Description

Seeking an experienced Online Merchandising Manager dedicated to enhancing our e-commerce platform's performance. You will be responsible for managing product placement, inventory, content, and promotions to optimize sales and deliver a seamless online shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the curation of online product selections aligned with brand strategy.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of merchandising strategies.
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice across all e-commerce touchpoints.
  • Implement A/B testing for product placement and promotions to optimize sales.

  • Participate in weekly cross-functional team meetings to share insights and strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
  • Manage online product launch timelines and ensure all tasks are executed on schedule.
  • Evaluate and improve site search functionality to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Continuously refine merchandising tactics based on user feedback and evolving trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • MBA preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a merchandising role within e-commerce
