The successful candidate will contribute to the design and execution of clinical trials aimed at advancing healthcare solutions and improving patient outcomes. You will play a vital role in analyzing data and disseminating findings to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and test hypotheses relevant to current medical issues.
• Contribute to institutional review board (IRB) applications.
• Foster partnerships with academic institutions and healthcare facilities.
• Coordinate with laboratory teams to support experimental research.
• Evaluate new technologies and methodologies for application in research.
• Document and report on project progress to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in clinical research

Certifications

• Human Subjects Research Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Basic
