Job Description

As a Dentist at our Pretoria practice, you will deliver comprehensive dental care to patients while fostering a welcoming environment. Your role will include conducting examinations, performing treatments, and contributing to promotional activities to enhance community oral health awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver thorough dental examinations and diagnosis.
  • Execute various dental procedures including fillings and extractions.
  • Instruct patients on best practices for oral hygiene.
  • Apply anesthetics and ensure patient comfort.
  • Collaborate with the dental support staff for optimal patient care.
  • Keep up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation.
  • Adhere to regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to patient education campaigns.
  • Handle dental emergencies promptly.
  • Foster strong patient relationships for enhanced satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Dental Sciences
  • Specialization in Orthodontics or similar is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience within a dental practice setting
