Job Description

As a Drive-in Theater Attendant, you will be the face of our cinema, responsible for ticket sales, providing information to guests, and assisting with parking. Your role is crucial in ensuring guests have a memorable experience at our outdoor cinema.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ticket sales and assist with cash handling.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Manage parking logistics and assist guests with vehicle issues.
• Promote upcoming movie events and special offers to guests.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming environment at the theater.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience with customer service in a fast-paced setting is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent
• isiZulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Additional Language Skills: Being bilingual in English and Afrikaans is a plus.
