We are in search of a Learning and Development Specialist who can assess training needs and deliver customized learning solutions in Pretoria. This position plays a critical role in fostering professional development and enhancing staff skills across the organization. Responsibilities

• Implement onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth transitions.
• Conduct follow-up sessions to reinforce learning and gather feedback.
• Promote and maintain a learning management system to aid training delivery.
• Report on training metrics and outcomes to senior management.
• Encourage employee participation in ongoing training and development initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Languages

• English: Fluent
