Responsibilities

• Assist with the full recruitment life cycle for various roles.

• Facilitate communication between HR and other departments.
• Manage employee attendance and performance tracking systems.
• Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for improvement.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Support the planning and coordination of HR events.
• Help develop and implement employee engagement strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• HR certification is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in HR roles
