As a Home Health Aide, you will deliver crucial support to patients in their homes, helping them with daily tasks and personal care. Responsibilities

  • Support the daily living activities of patients, ensuring they are comfortable and secure.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and medical teams.
  • Document patient care and report any changes in health status.
  • Assist with nutritional needs, including meal planning and preparation.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the patient’s living environment.
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Home Health Aide certification preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in home health care or caregiving
