Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Industrial Engineer in Johannesburg who will focus on improving manufacturing processes. You will conduct analyses to identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively to implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document engineering processes.
• Facilitate workshops to identify process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Monitor project progress and report outcomes.
• Assist in budget management and resource allocation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Master's in Industrial Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in industrial engineering and process improvement

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
