Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our Cape Town team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our range of medications and building lasting relationships with healthcare providers. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular visits to healthcare providers to maintain relationships and strengthen product presence.
  • Prepare marketing briefs and submit them to the marketing department.
  • Evaluate and analyze sales performance metrics to inform adjustments in strategy.
  • Engage with customers to receive feedback and address any concerns.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry
