Job Description

We are looking for experienced Paper Goods Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dynamic team at Quad Stayer Technologies. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing various machine operations within the paper goods production process, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of multiple machines to ensure efficient production.
• Perform quality checks on finished products.
• Work with a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Document all maintenance and repair work performed on machines.
• Attend safety training sessions and adhere to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding any production issues.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in mechanical or automotive engineering is preferred.

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in machine operation and maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

• Electrical systems knowledge
• Welding and fabrication skills

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with fabrication or welding.: Hands-on experience with fabrication techniques is a plus.
• Experience with carburetor tuning.: Experience in carburetor tuning and jetting will be beneficial.
