Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager who will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects in our Johannesburg office. Your expertise in project methodology and team management will be essential as you navigate challenges and ensure project milestones are achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Organize project activities from initiation through execution and closure.
  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
  • Draft and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Resolve conflicts and facilitate discussions among team members.
  • Establish and maintain relationship with third parties and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk assessments and devise contingency plans.
  • Regularly update team members on project status and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Document all project documentation and maintain records.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or related field
  • Certifications (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster) preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience managing large scale projects
