Job Responsibilities
  • Direct store operations to maximize profitability while maintaining quality service.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new staff members.
  • Engage with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Evaluate the team's performance and provide coaching as necessary.
  • Ensure optimal stock organization and layout is maintained.
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to inform strategies.
  • Prepare and manage the store's budget to meet financial targets.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Retail Management or Business Administration
  • Leadership Proven ability to lead and inspire a retail team towards success.
  • Sales Strategy Expert in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Customer Service Exceptional skills in creating a positive customer experience.
  • Inventory Management Skilled in managing stock levels and reordering processes.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Strong skills in addressing challenges and resolving conflicts.
  • Time Management Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a retail environment.
  • English (Fluent)
  • Zulu (Basic)

  • Experience with E-commerce Platforms: Knowledgeable in managing online sales channels and strategies.
