• Diploma or Degree in Retail Management or Business Administration
• Leadership Proven ability to lead and inspire a retail team towards success.
• Sales Strategy Expert in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
• Customer Service Exceptional skills in creating a positive customer experience.
• Inventory Management Skilled in managing stock levels and reordering processes.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Strong skills in addressing challenges and resolving conflicts.
• Time Management Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a retail environment.
