Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated E-commerce Manager to oversee our online retail operations in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our e-commerce platform, from product listings to customer engagement strategies, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall performance of the e-commerce site, focusing on user interface and experience.
• Execute effective email marketing campaigns to boost engagement and retention.
• Implement tools and technologies to enhance site performance and customer service.
• Conduct market research to analyze customer needs and preferences.
• Manage customer service issues and ensure timely resolutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Master’s degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management or similar role
