Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations in East London. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day activities, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and coordinate a team of warehouse staff to optimize productivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of daily warehouse activities to meet operational targets.
• Coordinate training programs to enhance staff skills and operational knowledge.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of supplies.
• Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance and initiatives.
• Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and high performance within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Certifications in warehousing or inventory management are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role
