Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our key clients in Pretoria. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and ensuring that our services meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide training and support to clients on product usage.
  • Identify potential barriers to client satisfaction and work proactively to address them.
  • Facilitate client feedback sessions to gather insights for service improvement.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote company services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or a similar role in a technology setting
