Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Technician who will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, maintaining hardware, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, a customer-first attitude, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for IT support queries.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Keep up to date with new technologies relevant to the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests and resolutions.
  • Support remote workers with IT-related issues.
  • Assist in the development of IT policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on system performance and reliability.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Additional certifications in ITIL or Cisco are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support roles
