We are seeking a passionate Tutor to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. This role will involve working with students of various ages to enhance their understanding of subjects such as Maths, Science, and Languages. The ideal candidate will be patient, engaging, and skilled in creating customized learning plans that cater to individual student needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging tutoring sessions in various subjects.
• Create personalized learning plans based on individual student needs.
• Assist students with homework and exam preparation.
• Monitor and assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
• Stay updated with the curriculum and educational practices.
• Encourage students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Postgraduate studies in Education are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of tutoring experience preferred
