Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data on insurance products to inform underwriting.
• Work closely with marketing to analyze customer demographics.
• Prepare financial models to evaluate product profitability.
• Manage databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Review data collection methods for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate on projects aimed at improving customer experience.
• Assist in developing training materials for staff on new products.
• Engage with external stakeholders to benchmark industry practices.
• Support the implementation of new analytical software.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns related to insurance products.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration
• Masters or other advanced qualification preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry

Certifications

• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA)
