We are seeking a qualified Environmental Engineer to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in environmental management and engineering principles, with a keen focus on sustainability and regulatory compliance. This role involves analyzing environmental impacts, designing remediation solutions, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare environmental documentation for project proposals.
• Analyze environmental legislation and advise on compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive project development.
• Assist in the development of proposals for new projects focusing on environmental sustainability.
• Evaluate project outcomes and recommend areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a closely related field
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the environmental sector, preferably in consulting
