Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, developing and executing detailed test plans and cases, while identifying and addressing bugs to enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations to evaluate client skin types and recommend suitable treatments.
• Keep accurate records of client treatments and product sales.
• Attend workshops and seminars to stay updated on industry trends.
• Manage appointment schedules and ensure timely service delivery.
• Uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy
• Advanced Certificate in Aesthetic Treatments is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

• Skincare Consultations

Certifications

• Certification in Laser Treatments

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
