Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document patient medical histories.
• Collaborate on patient care decisions with the healthcare team.
• Introduce and implement nursing best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Educate patients about medications and potential side effects.
• Act as a liaison between patients and their families.
• Participate in smooth discharge planning.
• Engage in continuing education to enhance nursing skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Additional certifications in specialty areas are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role preferred
