Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with solutions and support for their inquiries. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about helping others and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries on various platforms.
  • Track customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Conduct surveys and gather insights from clients.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills.
  • Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Report any issues to management for resolution.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Degree in Business or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience
Technical Skills
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Multitasking abilities

  • Bilingual capabilities are a plus: Ability to speak an additional language, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
