Job Description

The Heat Treat Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing heat treatment processes, ensuring quality control, and managing a team of technicians. This role requires maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team in the execution of heat treatment processes according to specifications.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards during operations.
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptly to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Document process changes and updates for continual improvement.
  • Foster a culture of safety and teamwork within the department.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and optimize the heat treatment process.
  • Coordinate with QA teams to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.

Requirements

Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent with a technical focus
  • Technical Degree or Diploma is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in heat treatment, including supervisory roles.
