Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Compliance Officer to join our Pretoria office. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of HR regulations and labour laws, ensuring that the company meets all compliance requirements. This role involves conducting audits, providing guidance to management, and developing policies that enhance our HR practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to foster a culture of compliance within the organization.
  • Review and revise HR policies to align with current legislation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related queries.
  • Maintain records of compliance activities and training.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment legislation.
  • Conduct risk assessments related to HR compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business Administration
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR compliance is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of practical experience in HR compliance
