Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Pretoria. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Your role will include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR functions, and the ability to drive employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR team in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure that all HR practices comply with industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with workplace policies.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to drive performance improvements.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain knowledge of HR best practices and trends to inform policy updates.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the HR function.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree is highly desirable

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management or a related field
