Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in guiding IT projects to successful completion. Your responsibilities include defining project objectives, managing stakeholder communications, and monitoring project risks. A background in IT project management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans that identify resources, timelines, and milestones.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Manage project budget and track project expenditures.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and team members.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare reports.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Evaluate project performance and implement improvements.
• Build strong relationships with clients and team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, preferably in IT

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software (e.g., Trello, Asana)
• Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication

Certifications

• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
