Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives in Gauteng. This role is pivotal in managing recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, thus fostering a thriving workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to fill vacant positions promptly.
  • Design and roll out employee development and training programs.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR queries and concerns.
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration.
  • Conduct regular reviews of HR policies to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation processes.
  • Collaborate with management to create a performance-driven organization.
